I'd like to see some cool environmental features that make things more pricey. We could have special areas with different climate zones or features which would cost more. Maybe there could be a neighborhood in the mouth of a volcano! Some other ideas could be a jungle, the arctic, a steampunk desert, maybe even in outer space.
